AF returned 2 full months after I stopped breast feeding my son - that was May last year and even now my cycles are still about 37 days long. I`m taking a vitamin called vitex to try and regulate them. So it`s been about 10 months now and my cycles have ranged from 37-50 days. A little frustrating as we`d like to start ttc bub #2 in a few months and it`d help to have a regular cycle.

AF returned after about 9/10 weeks my cycle was 23 days. I am now awaiting 2nd AF and on CD 25. I think it can take a while to get back on track, just remember we have been pregnant for 9 months so its safe to expect our bodies can take that long again to get back to normal
