angie2008 (1080.8 days ago) I couldn`t imagine going somewhere with a 1 month old. At one month, i was barely taking my LO to stores because they are so unpredictable and so tiny at that stage. I would go for June if I were you.
ms.mom (1080.8 days ago) I would never take a newborn to the beach unless it was just for a few minutes. Depending where you are, June is going to be really hot in some beach areas. If that is the case I would probably go in May. I went in May and it was still hot in Florida then, I wasn`t pregnant at the time. Couldn`t imagine enjoying the beach too long in June..
tto (1081.4 days ago) I think you will enjoy yourself more before the baby is here. They are so high maintaince! And that`s an understatement. They can`t really regulate their temp right away, and they can get sunburned really easily. Plus you`ll be in pain and you won`t want to go in the water until you`re all healed up. You`ll feel more beautiful for a swimsuit pg than postpartum, at least I did. It would just be better to go before the baby comes and have your last big blast!
windchime (1081.5 days ago) I totally agree with Armymom - take a vaca while you still can. You will enjoy some relaxing time even at 7 mos preg. I don`t think it would be fun at all to take a 2 mo old baby to the beach. All the sand, no clean places to wash up, worrying about too much sun/heat with baby, and then what if baby is fussy and ruins your outing? At two months they are so unpredictable.
ARMYMOM (1081.6 days ago) I can`t imagine trying to vacation with a newborn. I would go pregnant.. that way you could really enjoy the va-ca and have some quality time with you man before the baby. You`re going to be tired and feeling like poo after the baby gets here more likely.
emi (1081.6 days ago) You can totally tke your new bub to the beach.. but she may not like being in the water and then one of you will have to stay with her on the sand and take turns to swim.. babies sometimes complain if it`s windy .. so you might end up only going for a little while.. also you need a lot more gear when taking bub to the beach.. still i do it all the time and my baby has always liked being in the water. All that said i say as long as you don`t have to fly.. go in june and enjoy your last child free holiday together.. go to the beach with only your towel.. get up to hanky panky.. read your book for hours in the sun.. take pictures of your gorgeous big belly on the sand and enjoy it like you it`s the last holiday you are going to have :)
