starby (1079 days ago) My daughter just started crawling like a champ at 9.5 months, there is no stopping her now, hee hee. My MIL kept saying she was never going to crawl and was going to end up with all kinds of problems...I just say dont worry about it and definately dont rush it! All babies are different and you might just miss the days when you set your little one down and they stay put.

karenbg (1079.5 days ago) as a therapist that has worked on motor skill acquisition with little ones I can tell you that the age norm for crawling is 10 months although some kids do it earlier; the fact that lots of kids do it earlier makes a child who is within typical time frames appear as if they have a delay
MaryJanowiecki (1079.5 days ago) He scooted on his back across the floor at 4 months, turned into an army crawl, and then figured out the real crawl at 8 months.
luvbeingamom (1079.5 days ago) Both my sons were early walkers. My first son was crawling in his 5th month and my second son crawled on the day he turned 5 months.
