aprilraine (1077.6 days ago) thanks everyone, I put my feet up and the swelling went down a bit on my right foot but the left is still swollen. They keep tingling like they are about to fall asleep. I checked my BP and it is still on the low side of normal. If it gets worse before my next week appt I will call the doctor :)
mommyofxyxyxx (1077.6 days ago) Heat will make the swelling worse. The best thing you can do is elevate them and do some ankle pumps while they`re up there. Also, drink LOTS of water and walk. Exercise will help your circulation in general.
Happens to me every time I`m pregnant.
lisamarie8503 (1077.8 days ago) April its possible, but unlikely. Being swollen during pregnancy is VERY normal, even after. Your circulation can get pretty bad because the extra weight you are carrying around. If you are a panic type of person call your doctor and make an appointment, but Im thinking thats not necessary, and that you should just raise your feet. If your worried about BP, go to your local pharmacy and take your BP reading, if its over 120/80 go to the dr
aprilraine (1077.8 days ago) is it even possible to get preeclampsia if you have really low blood pressure? 90/56
gr8scottswife (1077.9 days ago) See the blog `helpful advice` on my page.
lisamarie8503 (1077.9 days ago) You need to raise them above your heart level. So lay on the couch and prop them up on the arm rest. It might help.
happyforest (1078.4 days ago) heat makes swelling worse!! use cold or cool water and then put them up
