I have a glider which is nice. I also feed my babies in bed or on the couch - Really anywhere that is convenient at the time.

I never bought either. I always nurse my DD in the same two spots, my side of the bed or the couch and it has worked just fine for the past 11 months. But.....a rocker would be nice.

I found that it is most comfortable for my and my son to lay on our sides facing each other. Very handy for getting him to fall asleep too, and I get to rest at the same time! I put a pillow on the other side of him so he can`t roll off that way, or my DH will be laying on the other side.

I nurse on my couch. Only time I use my glider is at night before bedtime.
