When I was in the hospital the lactation specialist told me that breast milk could turn colors from eating different foods and vitamins. She said she had tints of blue,purple,pink,orange and green when she was breast feeding.

what?! =P I was going to say yes my breastmilk has been green.. if you continue taking your prenatal vitamin it will cause your milk to be green sometimes because of the iron. I also eats tons of veggies everyday so I`m sure that has to do with my green milk as well.
