I have one on my foot too.... I have four saftey pins...The two bigger ones represent me and travis and then I have the two medium one are for Nicole and Natalie! Travis: Blue Leah: Pink Natalie: Pink Nicole: Pink PS- they are the baby safty pins with theprotective things on them I will upload a photo Love your idea!

I have 1 on my foot of a pink daisy with vines and it was the worst pain I have ever felt and I have my eyes done and one on my wrist too. I though it was worst than childbirth! I like the idea, the one on my wrist is of stars and it represents my kids birthstones. Go for it but be prepared, it`s going to hurt on your foot!!

I like your idea. I`m not big on tatoos, but if you are going to get one, this is a very pretty design. I like that it`s on the foot, sexy and playful.

I like tattoos where you can actually cover them up if you want to. I had a friend who had sleeves and tattoos all over her hands. It`s really hard for her to find a job now that is professional so the foot tattoos are a good choice. I like the butterflies better than the stars but both symbols are done WAY too much, maybe you could find some othe symbol for each baby. Or maybe do tiny little footprints with birthdays around them made to look like the footprints in the sand.

I got a dolphin on my back with my sons name under it and a love heart on the other side with my daughters name running thru it. My best friend ended up getting some tribal tat that takes up most of her back with her sons initial in it.... so I would say, if u have ure mind set on it, then go for it.
