Lowes sells a paint color called Belgian Waffel. It is VERY close to the color in your picture. I got similar bedding to yours and use that paint color in my son`s room. It is a wonderful color that goes with everything. I won`t have to change it when he gets older either. It is bright, clean, warm and cheery. Not to yellow and not to cream. Good luck.

Brown on the bottom and a tan on the top. That way the green & cream of the bedding will pop out!

You could do brown under the chairrail and then the light color green above it.

By the way his crib is basically the same color as the crib in the picture if that helps...
