I think `boy` right away when I hear Sunny. It doesn`t sound feminine to me. I liked your other poll with Sidney.

I love the name Sunny for a girl! If my husband would have gone for it, I would have named my girl Sunny in a heartbeat. At any rate, I have always dreamed of adopting a child from Russia and naming her Sunny. I have no idea why.

Well I know a Sunni and she`s a LT in the USAF...which is a job in the `professional` world. I don`t think anyone thinks less of her because her name is Sunni.

I love the name Sunny, but i`m not sure how your daughter will like it when she`s older and in the professional world. My friends name was Suzannah Joy but they called her Sunny. Maybe you might want to go with a more grown up name and call her Sunny. Just a thought. But still i love the name.

Ive always loved the name Sunny but everyone always tells me they see it as a boys name (Sonny)..Whatever, I think its gorgeous! I wanted another girl named Sunny to go with my daughters name, Summer =)
