This was different with all of mine. I couldn`t breast feed my first because of some complications, but was able to successfully breastfeed with the last three. With my first I got my period at 8 weeks PP. With my second I started getting them again around 3-4 months PP, the third I started having them again when he was 10 months, but that one only lasted three days and I was irregular until about 19 months. With my fourth, I got my first period at 3 months PP, skipped one, then was regular after that.
