Bvartanian88 (1036.1 days ago) I read in the hospital that if you aren`t vaccinated against it or have poor immunity towards it then they give it to you.
onesharpefamily (1036.2 days ago) I had the MMR when I was a kid, but I am not immuned to it so I had to get it again after I gave birth to my daughter. I actually had to wait about 6 days to get it, because the hospitals MMR vaccine was expired. :) I bf after getting it, it really was no big deal.
mommyjenn88 (1036.4 days ago) i did and i was bf too...it was no big deal. just a shot in ur arm before u leave the hospital.
JMendez (1036.5 days ago) I have to get it after I have the baby.
busymommyof3 (1036.5 days ago) I was the same as Courtenay . I BF after getting it!
wisfarmgirl (1036.5 days ago) I just had to get the tentinis and flu shots. I`m pretty sure I already had the rubella immunization a long time ago.
courtenay (1036.6 days ago) aubrey i ebf and it didnt affect anything
AubreyP (1036.6 days ago) I was told after my baby is born that I have to get it b/c bloodwork showed that I`m only a little immunized against it. I wonder if it affects breastfeeding?
courtenay (1036.6 days ago) i did because when they did my bloodwork at the beginning of my pregnancy it came back that i wasnt immunized against it. i was as a child but the doctor said sometimes some vaccines dont work on everyone and i would have to get it again after my daughter was born. on my second day in the hospital they came in and gave me the shot. it wasnt that great because it was a shot but other than that i was fine, no side effects or anything it didnt even really hurt much at the site. way less painful than the last time i got a tetnus shot.
