I had this issue. Colds are the worst because the congestion is multiplied 10 times over. The cause is somethng about how the increase in blood flow in your body engorges everything in your nasal passage, making it congested. You can try a vaporizer. That helped me some since it was difficult to find any meds that were safe.

Yea, I havent been to happy about this one..seems like im having to pick my nose to breathe every morning...I think Im getting ready for the baby. lol

I have had sinus issues my entire life. It usually takes a shot of strong antibiotics to get any relief. So my entire pregnancy my nose has been stuffy. My dr suggested Mucinex D, however it has had little effect.

I had it my entire preg....I had a list of over the counter meds from my Dr. that i could take safely....2 were Sudafed and Afrin nasal spray...they both worked great!
