i have a b/u and I have had 3 term pregnancies and a vaginal birth. The thing with this is it can cause problems and possibly a miscarriage depending on where the fetus implants itself. Also, there is a greater risk for breech babies.

I did with my first and she was breech until I was on the u/s table getting prepped for a u/s so they could do a c section. right then she turned I was 35 weeks. I had her vag. after her she had me so huge when my uterus shrank back down it fixed it self. I have 2 other children and my second had to be turned because he was breech and my last was fine. I was told I have one. But it doesn`t have the septum. I guess you just have more of a chance of having a breach baby, but I had no problems with my daughter.
