I have 2 older kids and 2 sets of twins in my family. Been to MANY parties like this as a result and all parties we`ve attended to like this have the siblings bringing one mutual gift for each child. So you`d bring two gifts total.

I would do one gift for each child and make each gift from both of your children...

You could get one really good gift for them to share, like a game they can play together. But i would go prob go with two gifts, one each. Because there wont be any fights over who gets to open the gift and you can afford to get something decent for each child. Hope that helps :) x
