my son was 3 weeks old n my bro was lk r you pregnant again. i had my son with me n i was lk you idiot he is 3 weeks old im still fat. lol o bella same with me hehe

OMG - tis just happened to me two weeks ago! errr! I am 5 months PP, and was at a BBQ when someone came up to me, put her hand on my belly, and said, `I didn`t know you were pregnant!` My mouth dropped oped and I was a little in shock that I didn`t even repsond. I just stood there with my jaw open for a good couple of minutes. I wouldn`t consider myself overweight, but I am 30 and 5 months PP so maybe the dress I wore complimented my stomach area to much. I don`t know, but I thought it`s a known fact that people should NEVER ask that question unlesss they are 100% sure. Errr.

It was a sad day. I went to the movies by myself and a lady asked when I was due. I just pulled a month out of my head and left really quickly. About a year later I had lost over seventy pounds.

When I was TTC with my son I had someone ask me if I were pregnant just because she some me rub my tummy. I was very upset about it because my AF had started and I wanted to be pregnant. I was asked a couple of weeks ago actually. A guy comes up to me, puts his hand on my belly and said wow your getting big. I nearly died I was soo upset I just wanted to go home and cry. I just told him that actually I am not pregnant again unfortunalty. I have had the baby and it is not easy losing the baby weight and it is fun trying though. He was sooo embarrased and I never saw much of him for the rest of the night.

It happened to my mother, I was really small at the time (my mum had had three of us but when my brother was 2 she broke her back, which affects the way her tummy looks) I was in the car and she went into the shop then came back out and burst into tears. I remember feeling so sorry for her, she told us that someone had asked her when she was due. It`s a very upsetting thing to happen.

no!! omg how terrible of a thing to happen to anyone! lol. before i got preg i didnt know that you can still look preg after, but now that i have had a baby i know how it is and i NEVER say anything to people about being preg unless i know FOR SURE that they are. bc you never know, they might have just had a baby! or just be fat!!!

Someone asked me when I was `due` a few months after my son. She was really embarrassed and I told her not to worry but once I got home I was upset. I didn`t really look `pregnant` but I still had a tiny bit of a pot belly, I had a c-section and my belly took a bit of time to go right down, and I was anly 10 lbs from my pre-preg weight. DS id now 19 mths old and I`ve not had any comments since! Phew! Don`t worry about it, I`m sure you look great. And it`s definitely normal to have a little weight around your belly a few mths after giving birth.

i first got pregnant last year and told everyone at my work. i later ended up having a miscarriage.(everyone knew i miscarried as well) i stayed with the job for about two months then took time off for a bit.. when i came back about two months later someone walked up to me and started rubbing my belly and asked if i was expecting... in all reality i had been working part time at an ice cream store and started a new medicine for bipolar d.o which made me gain 15 pounds.. (completley the meds not the ice cream hahah lol jk) i didnt take it to personally... i think i would die if i asked someone if they were preggo and they wernt so i never ask.. even if it looks obvious..

Not to me but at my high school graduation my friend went up to our other friends mom, patted her tumy and said, oh my gosh when are you due?! Yeah she wasnt pregnant. It was sad.

i saw my ex husbands girlfriend, who i hadnt seen in a year, and she gained like 30 lbs. i text my husband that night sayin `when were u plannin on tellin the kids they r gettin a new brother or sister?? ur gf already looks like shes gonna pop!`...she cried. i felt gr8....in my defense, she `dated` my husband behind my back for the last 3 yrs of my marriage and would text and email me regularly to tell me how much better/skinnier/prettier she was than me.

I made this poll because I was so happy this morning, I got on the scale to see I lost 2 more lbs (my baby is 2 months old and I gained 50lbs with him). I had a very eventful day, but then I went to work, and a woman comes in, looks at me and says `OH! You`re Expecting!!!` and my whole happy day just flew out the window and just made me depressed about how I look. The woman didn`t even apologize or seem embarrassed. How many other people has this happened to and how did you deal with it?
