I have 3 boys and 1 girl and my best-looking pregnancy was with my DD. I broke out a lot with my boys, and gained sooooo much with the boys while I only gained 20lbs with DD. So I`m gonna say the saying doesn`t apply to everyone, lol!

I had acne with both my kids, boy and girl...although with my last pregnancy, I had a few spots that didn`t clear up, went to the dr`s and was diagnosed has having skin cancer...I am so greatful to my daughter, if it wasn`t for her, I would never have really noticed the `acne` that never cleared up.

I am on #4 and do not know what I am having yet but I have 2 girls 1 boys and with my son I broke out the entire time and a few months after I had him. But who knows.

I`ve been pimply throughout my pregnancy and I`m having a boy... he better be a pretty boy. lol.

My skin was much better when I was pregnant with my son versus this pregnancy which is a girl. Also my hair was better with my son. But I was pregnant during different seasons so I don`t know if that had anything to do with it too.
