Laura Ward (989.2 days ago) I am the only administrator of the site. However, we have many moderators of the site that help keep the site free of innapropriate comments, pictures, etc. I do not delete anything because I, personally, feel it is innapropriate. As the site admin, I have to think of all members. When another member reports something to me as innapropriate, I will look into the situation and take a neutral stance on the matter. Who could that offend? What will the other members think and feel? Any moderator can delete items and if they feel it warrants another step, they escalate it on to me. Rather than feeling like the moderators are against you, thank them for their work. They help keep the site friendly and welcoming for all of you. We try not to delete members, but will when they knowingly or continuously break policy. If it is more severe, we will block a member from the site. We do not mind members posting their opinions on certain things. However, controversial topics are just that: controversial. There will always be members that feel strongly one way or the other, which is where the hurtful debates and unecessary drama begins. To avoid that, we ask that members not post about controversial subjects. When posting material to the website, we do ask that you consider other people's feelings. How will what you are about to say sound to other members? Will it be hurtful or offensive? Is the photo that you are about to share with millions of other internet users appropriate? Thanks!
butterblocksmom (989.5 days ago) There are a lot of mods....and in RobinG`s defense, I`ve seen her comment in some polls where some girls have gotten cranky and hormonal and even snippish with her when she states her honest opinion and she always reacts very calmly and collected. She doesn`t take offense and she doesn`t take it personally. I don`t think she deletes many comments...she`s very fair.
T3POandR2D2 (989.6 days ago) I didn`t know there were so many mods, either! For the longest time I thought it was just Laura Ward. Then, I saw RobinG mention being a mod so I figured it was just those two. Hmm, good to know, though!
california-mom (989.6 days ago) I had no idea there were so many people who deleted comments. Im quite sure mine have gotten deleted, though its rare for me to go back to a poll lol I got kicked off this site before for being, against policy or whatever. Which is lame since you can get back on. Now I just try not to argue with anyone which is easier bc I dont really look at responses to my comments lol
RobinG (989.6 days ago) I am not the only one who deletes comments, all mods do. I`ve come on a number of times and seen polls and comments deleted that had nothing to do with me. I only delete comments that are against site policy, comments based on a differnce of opinion if they ARE within site guidelines are not deleted ever by me. There is a slew of mods on this site, not just me. Dont assume it was me when you see polls and posts deleted however I did delete those posts. There was a bunch of posts that were referring to another poll and what was written was hurtful and against site policy. One of which include profanity. The lol post was in response to the arguing going on and was therefor deleted. Leaving it up after the arguing posts was removed made no sense since the poll was about spanking and the `lol` post was referring to the arguing post already removed.
jenakers (989.7 days ago) Any moderator can delete comments, polls and pictures for violating the rules. I am a moderator and can delete. I RARELY do. It has to REALLY step over the line. I`m not the thought police. Although my finger does hover over the delete button, I usually just move on. I can`t believe some one deleted that comment. That is pretty rediculous.
bluejeans (989.7 days ago) I made a comment that said `LOL beeeer` and thats it and it got deleted!
T3POandR2D2 (989.7 days ago) As in the people in charge of deleting comments?
That would be Laura Ward and RobinG.
