YES im 37 weeks today, and i have a hard time going from gas to brake, i have this really bad pulling pain when i lift my leg from side to side like that...

It was miserable for me b/c I`m short and have short arms, so I ended up with a huge belly and had to have the seat so far back that I couldn`t reach the steering wheel or pedals! And I worked up til the day I gave birth, so I had to drive up until the end! I ended up hitting a light pole with my brand new car b/c I was driving all funny.

i drove a 5sp the whole time i was pregnant til i got up to 36 months! i had a 89 isuzu imark and i am a tall girl. My belly wasnt to big but i was cramped for space. i had to drive my husbands truck and that was hard to climb up in and out of so, id have to say yes it made it harder the further i got along.
