The teenage drivers in our neighbourhood are ten times worse then the elderly..we live on the same street as 3 schools and I`m sick of the speeding up and down the street...at least the older ppl are slow!

I think that it`s unfair to say all seniors are bad drivers, but some are horrible, I think that maybe there should be a system in place after... 65 or 70 where you go for a driving test every few years or so. Some of them may never have had a driving test to begin with!! It is scary to see an elder creep along not seeing pedestrians or red lights, but it`s not fair to stereotype all seniors as bad drivers.

oh my lord don`t get me started lol! I live right next to The Villages, FL (retirement HEAVEN!) and oh my god elderly drivers are plain crazy! They are just DANGEROUS! Plain and simple.. should be removed from the road or required to take a test every year.

AFter a certain age people should have to take an eye and road test at least every 2 years. I used to live in South Florida, old people central and in one week I was almost run over twice in a parking lot. It is unfortunate that AARP is usch a strong lobbying group and prevents better laws from getting passed. The elderly are killing the rest of us and they don`t care.

Created this poll because in the last WEEK I`ve almost been creamed by not one, but two elderly women driving down the highway. Then trying to pull out of my parking space at Walmart today, I was about 3/4 of the way out, and an elderly gentleman in the aisle across from me just zoomed right on out behind me coming close to clipping the back of my vehicle (thank goodness for reflexes). Also it drives me bonkers when they do like 15 miles under the speed limit.
