I would use goat`s milk before using cow`s milk. It`s closer to human milk.

first of all - well done for managing to breast feed for 11 months. unfortunately my milk completely dried up on its own after 12 weeks, i was so disappointed. i used formula for my son afterwards and he still gets it at bedtime. i dont know much about the formulas available in america but the main one used in britain is very good and was always recommended to me by health advisors.

My milk supply is low because I haven`t been able to pump like I should. I work full time and I have had to do some traveling.
