My first was induced at eight and a half hours. The second was maybe twelve hours. The third with placental abruption was twenty six hours. Fourth...I barely made it to the hospital...my contractions were thirty minutes apart and I was almost nine centimeters dilated. I was there thirty minutes. Fifth, about four hours. It all varies just as all the kids do.
