I started taking it at 34 weeks and 4 days... went to my OB at 35 weeks and 1 day and was 2cm and 50% effaced. The only side effect I noticed is diarrhea. EPO is a prostaglandin and that is 1 of the side effects.

Used like 10 a day...didn`t work lol Even broke them off inside of me..

Yes vaginally and orally since 32 weeks. I was induced at 38 weeks (elective).

i was not thinning or dialating on my own. i inserted the primrose oil pill at night. started contracting the next morning. (these were my first contractions ever) i had him the next day. (it could have just been luck but i will SWEAR by this stuff.) i was no where close to having him until i used it.

well i was already thinning out on my own...so idk if the evening primrose helped me thin out or not. it DOES NOT help u go into labor, thats a common myth. i still went overdue and had to be induced
