it really depends on the situation. i dont typically need to disciplin my child. and if it gets to that point, we are usually already in the house and not around anyone. but on occassion i will see my neighbor stuggling with her son, so i will butt in and tell him stop giving his mother a hard time bc he is at my house, and on my toys and i will make him go home if he doesnt stop. its usually only when he is getting out of control otherwise i leave it to his mother. i wouldnt mind someone helping me out if my kid was way out of line, as long as they were on the same page as me and not going against me. would be totally different if lets say i was correcting my daughter and nana told me to stop yelling at her and let her have what she wants. (which she has done to me before lol) to which i tell my mother, if you want to spoil her thats fine, but then shes living with you. that usually gets my point across =P
