lemonysickness (958.3 days ago) Yes, I had the exact same thing happen. My LO broke out into full body rash (looks like a heat rash butt everywhere) this past Sunday (still has it for the most part) and took her to the pediatricians and they said it was a viral rash called roseola.
Love.Nora (958.4 days ago) I had red measles when I was very young, even after the measles shot. I would go get your LO checked cause you never know.
megandgrace (958.4 days ago) I have been told that if there is a fever that accompanies it or if it seems to irritate her then there may be something going on. But just give a call into the doctors and see what they say. Also i have looked up heat rash before and mine and my daughter`s heat rash doesn`t look like that either. Grace has also had roseola and she had a high fever for 5 days then had the rash for one day, so if it lasting longer then a couple of days its probably not roseola.
hunnybunnysmama (958.4 days ago) my baby did too once. of course I had jumped to 1000 conclusions. I called the advice nurse and they called me back 3 days later (over a weekend) but it was gone by then... boy, that was helpful, no!?
*~Mommy-2-Be~* (958.4 days ago) He/she could have eczema like my son did. Or it could be a skin infection, like hair folicle s getting infrcted. My son also had that happen. Both are common and easy to treat! But also if you rchild is teething their boy is going through changes and they can get a rash if you are sure it`s not from anything else.
4thonitsway (958.4 days ago) could be viral, sometimes when a bug is going around and baby catches it they break out in a rash. my youngest had that here not too long ago, no other symptoms just the rash, and it was viral
