My dd slept through the night from 3-6mths then started to wake once twice for a feed or cuddle. She then around 8 1/4 mths started to sleep throught again. She is now 9 1/2 mths and about once a wk will get up for a feed or cuddle so nearly there again. Maybe just a phrase like mine. Could be a growing spurt and separation anxiety? Hope it gets better soon xx

I know how you feel. My daughter had always slept through till about 7 months. The past week and a half I have been awake from roughly 1-2am till I go to sleep about 9pm that night. I have tried everything but if you figure it out let me know!

she only naps briefly during the day and still won`t sleep through the night! I am a walking zombie!
