I know some poor people who are great parents, I know some single parents that are great parents, I know some parents with lots of children who are great parents, but I don`t know any nut-jobs that are good parents! If you`re not emotionally stable enough to provide a loving, nurturing environment for your child, then they`re not going to be happy.

well if everyone waited til they were `financially stable` there would definatly be a huge decline in the human race. LOL Having both parents isnt always the best thing for the child either. not having too many... lol well that really depends on what `too many` is heh. so that leaves being mentally and emotionally stable. sometimes the best women end up mentally or emotionally off bc of PPD or what have you. to me the most important thing when having children is to be prepared, and dedicated. so that if you end up having finance issues, you can deal with it, or if you have marital issues you can deal with that, or if you have depression or anxiety issues, you can then deal with that. so just be prepared for whatever is about to come your way, and have the strength to get through anything, be dedicated to do whatever it takes for these little ones. thats whats most important, and have a good stable support system whether it be family or close friends to help you when you need it.

The emotional is the most important. if you r there and LOVE the little bundle then the babe doesnt care about designer clothes.. or ect.. just that he/she is wanted and feels safe :)
