This time around, I`ve felt little bits since about 14 weeks. I`m only just now really getting to notice definite movements and I`m in week 19 - my u/s is scheuled & I`m wondering if the placenta is in the anterior postion - thus the reason I`m not feeling as much, as soon. However, it was a few weeks ago that I was laying in the tub and noticed SEEING my belly move - mostly right around my belly button. I called my daughter in to watch, but she couldn`t see it - I guess I just had the better angle! I`d do like littlepixie suggested & place something on your belly - it makes it a lot easier to see. With my first preg, I`d rest my dinner plate on my belly & my baby just about kicked it off!! Eeeks!

I am 22 weeks and have felt it from the inside since 15. My husband has only been able to feel it once but my girls have felt it a few times. It also depends on your body size and how you are carrying.

I started to feel the baby around 14 weeks, and my husband felt a kick at 16 weeks. I must carry close to the front of my tummy, because last pregnancy which was my first my husband felt my son at 17 weeks.

I felt my baby just before 14 weeks. He could be felt on the outside before 18 weeks, at 16-17 weeks i had a doppler bought for me and he would kick out at that and shake it if it was left on my tum. Try placing something on your tummy when baby is kicking and see if it moves!! Thats the best way to see him / her from the outside. x

it is harder for others to feel the baby even when you do.

i said 20-22 weeks because thats when it really became noticeable but my mom saw some bumps from the outside at about 18 or 19 weeks and could feel slight bumps around then too.

  1. How much does a typical 3d/4d ultrasound cost? I have looked it up on the internet and everything and cant find a very good answer. So i was just wondering if any of you ladies who have had one could tell me about what you paid for one, and if insurance covers it.
  2. Does it bother anyone else that ads, movies, and shows on TV no longer use proper capitalization? It`s pretty common that they neglect to capitalize the days of the week, peoples names, titles, etc. I`m an elementary school teacher, so I was just wondering if that`s why.
