Mumbo (121.9 days ago) They found one in an ultrasound when I had bleeding at 7 weeks, I freaked out as I thought it would most definitely cause me to miscarry, or at least have a premature baby, but no, I carried my son without any complications, and was actually 10 days overdue so had they not actually told me about it, I would never even know I had it - absolutely no problems at all.
13yearsapart (122 days ago) My friend `marie` just had a fibroid tumor removed and it was the size of a laarge grapefruit, they basically had to preform a c-sec on her. She went back for a 6 week check up and ultrasound, and the doc found that they are growing back and it has doubled to two tumors now. Her GYN told her that if she wants children she had best do it now, because if the tumors keep returning at this rate she won`t be able to have children much longer. So her and her fiance pushed their wedding up to October so they can start trying for kids right away.
nmck (122.1 days ago) I knew I had multiple fibroids including one rather large one before I got pregnant. Because I had several and a very large one, I had a lot of problems. However, most people who have small ones have little to no problems. The biggest risk is that pregnancy hormones make them grow. Since mine was large to start with, it grew like crazy. I had it removed at 15 weeks pp and it weighed over 9 pounds. If yours is small, even if it grew it should be no problem. Good luck!!
