Kara is nearly 10months and she gets up at 7am naps 10-11am then another nap 2.30-4pm then bed at 9pm

Macey usually takes her one big nap in the morning, which is between 2 and 3 hours...however, if she wakes up early from that then we usually end up with another hour or two nap later in the afternoon..most days its just the one big nap from about 10-1 or so.

Its not number of naps it is based on hours. Hunter needs 2-2.5 hours of sleep so if he falls asleep and only sleeps 30 mins he def goes down again later but if he falls asleep and sleeps 2 hours he doesnt. But it was usally about 1-2 naps.
