Well, we HAD to choose two names cuz we had twins -- boy/girl -- and we did find out the sexes, so although we had found out we still had to choose two! So, no it`s not harder, it`s more fun! Just start lists of boy and girl names you like that come to you -- that`s what we did, and eventually, the day our twins were born, we finally decided our son`s name for definite, although we`d had our daughter`s name decided for months! So, you will have the names in mind and then probably decide on the day! It`s more fun when you don`t find out the sex if you`re only having one. If we`d only been having one, we wouldn`t have found out either. I think it`s great you`re keeping it a surprise! Good luck choosing names! Start those lists!
