Lookalike (933.8 days ago) If you`re going to breastfeed you need to bring all your breastfeeding acoutrements like the nursing pillow and nursing bra and the lansinoh cream, etc. EditDelete
pooka (933.9 days ago) i always take old big underwear I don`t mind tossing for when your bleeding cause I hate the throw aways the hospital provides. Also I like to take those longer over night pads Always makes them, the extra long ones so they don`t bother areas that are sore and tender from birth. I like my own pillow so I take that, if I plan to stay which I don`t usually unless its middle of night. Um.. snacks yah important! A water bottle cause i hate drinking out of styrofoam and its what our hospital uses for water. Breast pads also.. EditDelete
blondie9504 (933.9 days ago) I`m trying not to over pack. My hospital provides toiletries (shampoo, brush, deodorant etc) All i`ve packed is a pair of pajamas for me and a comfy outfit to go home in, a change of clothes for my SO, the baby book, baby going home outfit and a hospital picture outfit, and the birth announcements to keep us busy. Don`t forget the carseat! The hospital I`m going to has cable but also has dvd/vcr player too. Also, they told me to bring a pair of underwear to go home but while I`m there they have special ones that I have to wear so I don`t ruin mine and they will also send some home with me too (Sorry TMI) And last but not least I packed $50 for my SO so he could eat and buy the baby her `first` stuffed animal when she is born. Good Luck! EditDelete
