mumzie1212 (931 days ago) thanks upchurchmomma for the warning, that would have freaked me out too.
upchurchmomma (931 days ago) Yah, you will bleed and your uterus will contract to shrink back down to size, with my last one they come in every once in a while and push around (hurts like heck) to see if it is going back down or not.....word of warning, the first time you get up after surgery, you will bleed ALOT. no one told me that and it totally freaked me out so just beware, not trying to scare you, just trying to prepare ya:) I would rather have c-section over vaginal and i`ve had both so its not that bad
Military~mommy (931.2 days ago) yYou will bleed, you won`t feel the cramps, you cervix will not dialate to a 10, but will remain open to pass the blood and remaining tissue.
Lilmissesmum- (931.2 days ago) They gave me a drip to get mine to contract because I never went into labour, hurt a little but everything else was just the same as the girls have mentioned.
mumzie1212 (931.3 days ago) oooh, sounds fun, lol. i had a vaginal delivery w/ my son and never gave it much thought until now. thanks for the info, really couldn`t find much info on-line.
mamalala (931.3 days ago) usually with a C section, seeing as how you have a spinal already, they will put you on pitocin to make your uterus contract more rapidly once your delivery is over... it really doesnt make a difference to you because you wont feel a thing anyway. Thats what they did with me anyway.
lori18 (931.4 days ago) you can still go into labor and have contractions. your uterus contract to control the bleeding if it dont then the dr will make it! you will still bleed after the baby is born just like normal vaginal births!!! happy baby days!!
snlt4hm (931.4 days ago) Your body will still go through the same process. You will bleed, your uterus will contract to get back to its normal size, etc. Good luck w/ your C-section.
