phooey (926.7 days ago) Have you tried exercise? Do some cardio in the afternoon, maybe that`ll tire you out at bedtime. If you`re having trouble getting comfy, try a maternity pillow. Right now i`m struggling with sleep, but it`s due to heartburn and peeing. Good luck to you.
KR (927 days ago) i find laying in bed and day dreaming helps me when mye yes are close.. i pass out sooner or later! Right now i go to bed everynight around 11 pm bc my hubby works the late shift and i like to him before bed! try asking your doctor for somethign to help you sleep if nothing else is working.
Heather12 (927.1 days ago) I was the same way. With my last baby. I remember crying in the morning when it was time to get up because I had not slept at all. Aliyah is 13 months old and I still haven;t gotten a full nights sleep. She has only slept a few times through the night. Unfortunatly I have no advice. I found nothing that worked. lol!
RobinG (927.2 days ago) I had the same problem with my first I finally gave up on trying to sleep at `bedtime` and slept when my body wanted to sleep which was daytime so I`d hang out and do all night what I usually did all day at home ~ once I gave into it and adjusted to the change I did great. It was odd but it worked for me :) My body went back to normal after delivery. If you cant sleep daytime instead talk to your doc for some suggestions (())
