go to picture people in the malls. they are usually really good with kids and will do whatever you want them to do. they have alot of background and props to choose from.

Actually if you want those you go to a photographer who specializes in that type of setting. JC Penney and Sears etc dont do those types. There are many amazing photographers out there that do them, you need to ask around your town for one near you :)
