My son takes a muti vitamin. The Centrum for Kids. My mom was the first one to give it to him and then we got them as well early 2008 just after his 1st birthday!

Well my dd is only 6 months old now but im already looking into options.1-we get purity goodies multivitiam and omega powder that u put in whole milk after 1 year;2-we get fortified whole milk with omegas and loads of vitamins after 1 year;3-we get nestle nido powder milk(growing up milk).Ill change right at 12 months,maybe start transitioning at 11 1/2 months.But i know ill feel better giving her stuff with vitamins in coz it can do no harm just good no matter the cost:-)
