ThatIs so rude, esp. since you dont know her that well. But i was looking at my friends baby and She is Latino and so is her husband the baby is `white` and someone left a comment sim. to the one she left you. I thought that was rude. I notice that when we go to the pool that the Latinos say comments to each other like that. I am like how rude. Since you arent friends it was way out of line. Your baby is adorable any how. Thats why If i dont know you upclose and personal I am not accepting you to be my friend on FB. I have all kinds of people from HS asking I ignore them and they even have asked again.

That`s not very nice of her. I hate it when people talk like they know better. I`d respond in a rude way `I think a tan looks very bad on you. You need to slow down so you look more beautiful just like my daughter who has the most wonderful white pale skin`.

Hey..I know my daughter is light skinned. That to me makes her gorgeous..because she has dark dark hair. Anyway, I didn`t get pissed off, I just thoguht it was wierd since I am always complimenting her daughter, she could have left a nice compliment, lol.

i get the need color comment all the time as a pastey white girl. Not knowing the context it was in, like is your daughter just pale or are you black and she is very pale and she was trying to say shes not `black enough` or something? Cause the last part would be rude. Pale people always get told they need some sun, I guess people think its funny???

I don`t know if I`d be offended.. my son is mixed (half white, half hispanic) and I have white friends, black friends, and brown friends (lol)... they all have their own oppinion on my son`s color and it doesn`t bother me what they think.. most people think he`s got beautiful olive-toned skin from his daddy and then there are a few who think he`s very light skinned considering he`s mixed. But like I said, I probably wouldn`t have thought too much about the comment.. maybe just a funny face and a shrug... whatever.

It`s a weird comment, but it wouldn`t bother me...what`s the point of getting annoyed about it? You`re co-worker is just a weirdo, I`ve had a co-worker leave weird comments too, just need to shrug it off :)

That is very rude. That`s just something you don`t do, especially to the mother of the child. I`m sure she didn`t mean it to be in a rude way but still. I think your daughter is gorgeous and beautiful eyes!
