bethk`s poll Show results | Hide results

Baby-poll poll I started my 13mnth old on Full Fat Cows milk a week ago and she has woken up for an extra feed every night so far ( She has slept through since 8wks old so this is not her at all) I dont think the milk is filling her up enough. I have tried giving her water in the night just incase she was thirsty but its not stopping the crying! (She has been having Cows milk since she was 6mnths old so I know she is fine with the milk. So Should I:
(Baby poll by bethk, 101 days ago)
Get her back on the Growing up milk for her night feeds
Add cereal to the milk (Please state what and how much)
Leave her cry and be hungry, she'll soon figure it out
Keep doing as I am with the water in the night only...

Offer her a small snack before bed - a real snack, not cereal in a bottle. A small muffin or some cheese and crackers, whatever she likes that is healthy and going to fill her (not fruit or veggies).

I would say toddler formula before bedtime. It definitely couldn`t hurt

Maybe a scoop of formula in with the milk for extra nutrience. :)

maybe she`s not eating enough durring the day. i think theres a limit to how much regular milk they`re supposed to drink in a day, i dont know what it is, but i remember my doctor telling me it would make them anemic if they drank too much, i know it`s way less than the amount they`re supposed to drink of formula. i`d ask her doctor.

I used to give my daughter a sippy cup with milk in the middle of the night. When I switched her she wanted milk in the middle of the night for awhile. But she grew out of it eventually.

I would give her a snack an hour before bedtime ~ :) Cheerios, cereal fruit etc etc.

  7. I`m at 19 weeks, and just had my 20 week ultrasound a week early (thank you THANKSGIVING!!), am overjoyed to find out everything is A OK BUT I have `marginal Placenta previa` my midwife says she`s NOT concerned and that it will VERY VERY VERY likely move up on its own and I can deliver naturally and vaginally as planned, if not I have to have the dreaded C-section. Which i`m SO terrified over I get into a panic every time i think about it. So, my question is: Has anyone here HAD marginal placenta previa and had it move up by the time the baby is born?
