I`m not having twins, but when i`m constipated, i find i get REALLY uncomfortable, but i generally get very dizzy, like if im out and about, and i feel that pressure, and i cant get to a washroom, i end up having to sit down, because i get so dizzy, i could just collapse. it`s really weird.

ok i understand you completely! i feel more pressure than pain when i have to go. and sorry if its TMI but i find when i do finally go if i havent for awhile my back and stomach get tight after prob cuz im pushing a lil and shouldnt be....but its so frustrating!! i barely started having this problem recently im now 26 weeks w/ twin boys. think they are just cramping our intestines so it makes it harder to go
