jessica (908.5 days ago) Im with them I would just stick to transitioning from regular crib to a regular toddler bed
mrsroest (908.6 days ago) I agree with DC. My daughter had a crib that converted to a toddler bed and I didn`t like it at all. We went right to a twin bed and she is still using it now.(she is almost 11)
mommyagain3 (908.6 days ago) I bought my son a crib that converted and it broke before we could use it! I wont be getting another one, cheaper to just buy them a bed, they never come with everything to convert, so you have to spend the money anyway!
pc (908.9 days ago) I had a crib that converted to a toddler bed, but it was a waste, because it didn`t have a bed rail, and all of the bed rails at the store specifically said not to use on crib matresses. I would forgoe the toddler bed altogether as I find it a complete waste of money. Go straight for a twin size bed and buy a bed rail. You can purchase them at Walmart for $25.00. Most people I know that did buy toddler beds only used them for such a short period of time they later said it was a waste. There are many twin size beds that are low enough to the ground that I don`t think it would be considered to high.
