I had no leakage at all. Don`t worry the milk will come in once the baby`s born. Just be sure to let the baby suck on yr breast as often and as much as possible. It`s a supply and demand thing.

It won`t come in till after the baby`s born, & I leaked only once that I can remember after delivery. I was one of the lucky ones that never had to wear a pad! And just to reinforce, the baby will get exactly what it needs when BF, my son never ate more than 5 oz from a bottle when he got into daycare & has always been completely healthy. It freaked me out a bit, but you have to base it on their health not the amt of milk they drink.

I didn`t leak or see any signs of milk at all until my baby was 5 days old.. and then oh wow did it come in. I am not brestfeeding and 4 weeks later it is almost gone...just an occasional leak here or there.

i only `leaked` with my first a couple times when i leaned up against my breasts too hard. like one time i was reaching over a desk and when i stood up i had a little wet spot. it wasnt really milk. i didnt get that until after i had given birth.

No leakage for me and my milk really came in on day 3 after my daughter was born. leaking before hand means nothing, don`t worry you will be able to breastfeed.

I had no leakage at all but have managed to breastfeed both babies fine. I was even breastfeeding my first until I was 3 (almost 4) months along with my second and still no leakage. You`ll start producing once your baby is born.

  1. For fun: I LOVE the soap opera Days of Our Lives and just recently started watching it again. The storyline with Baby Grace broke my heart =( I`m thinking that if I have a girl I REALLY want her middle name to be Grace, not only because I love the name but also because I felt `connected` to the story. Ridiculous I know! So, what do you guys think?
