Alexandria- (902.7 days ago) My daughter at 12 months could talk ( yo gabba gabba, mama, dada, nama, kitty, dog, bye bye, hi, say her name, baba, bath, nie`nie)she could walk (9 months started) she could run, jump of couch into arms, sleep through the nights (since 3 weeks) dance to music, sit on the couch for like 30 min at a time and watch noggin, and get into everything. lol. I am sure that you child is fine though.
armymom (902.7 days ago) my son isn`t quite 1 yet.. he`s 10 1/2 months but these are some things he can do: Clap, Crawl (fast), Cruise, `Run` with his push walker, Stand alone without holding for 10-15 seconds, Picks up and eats finger foods really well, Gives kisses, Climb up and down (backwards) on the stairs, Climb every piece of furniture we own (lol), Can point to his eyes, nose, mouth, and ears, Has mastered the sippy cup, Says dada (rarely) and Kee-Kee (for kitty cat). Hasn`t said Mama yet but maybe soon.
courtenay (902.8 days ago) well my daughter is not 1, she is 10.5 months and she crawls (and can crawl really freakin fast lol), cruises furniture, stands without assistance, walks with assistance, waves, claps, says mama, dada (dog), ama (grandma), and up, and she eats everything we eat with the exception of a few things.
mikey and cjs mommy (902.8 days ago) my son at one could walk (well just up and started walking one day about 2weeks afterhis bday), wave, give kisses when you tell him too, shake his head no if he didnt want something, crawl of course, clap, say mama and dada (although he STILL only says it when he is whining...other wise we are both just `eh`). point to what he wanted...point to his nose, ears, eyes, and tummy when you ask them where all those parts are. But keep in mind....i would constantly work with him on these things and he has older cousins who are around as if they are siblings....so he picks things up from them. if you do not work with your son on these types of things...or if he has no older children to be influenced by....it may take him a little longer...but dont worry he will pick up things eventually. my son is now 16months and only says maybe 3 words (although they still sound scrammbled...not the actual words)...but he will pick up words and phrases on his own time.
munchkinsmommie (902.8 days ago) My LO will be one on 09/11. I am amazed on what she can do. She is walking, nearly running. She says about 6 words, babbles all the time. She eats everything-has to feed herself, waves bye bye, points, claps. I do not remember my first doing so much at one but each kid is different.
