nutnut (200.3 days ago) LOL leaning up against a wall. haha just kidding. i had to sleep on my sofa throughout the entire pregnancy. im the same way so far with this one too. i lay on my left side, sort of leaning up against the back of the sofa. sometimes i put a pillow between my legs if im really uncomfortable. seemed to work ok. i had horrid heartburn with my first around that time, so i also needed 4 pillows, so i was basically sitting up. i already miss sleeping on my belly =(
BabyBsmomma (Joni) (200.3 days ago) i always slept on my right side..with pillows in between my legs. and wherever else around my body i could put them...and then i would get up every 2 hours to pee, and have to rearrange myself again...and again....
phooey (200.6 days ago) If you`re getting more than an hour of sleep between waking, consider yourself very lucky. Just try lots of pillows and different positions. Good luck, sleep dust to you.
AliciaTTCBaby2 (200.6 days ago) I found it easier, to half sit up. When laying down which ever way she would squash my lungs and make it hard to breathe
ladobruk (200.7 days ago) Basically switching from sitting ( have one of those head/foot adjustable beds in the spare room) to left and right side. I only slept for an hour or so at a time. It`s tough, hang in there!
