love.nora (891.5 days ago) I do not think it is wrong of the mother to not want her to take him while he is away. I could see if maybe the child was older or maybe if they have a HUGE bond which from the sounds of it he probably doesnt yet, would I want to consider my childs best interests for that scenario. More than likely in court it was not a part of their custody agreement hence the mother at this time would have the say so in the situation. If I was the new wife I wouldnt be too offended all things will come into play with time. If she wants to be more included her and her hubby can go to court as you say they are wanting to :D GL
brendalee (891.5 days ago) I dont think he`ll go, all the upcoming deployment orders by us have been cancelled. In the past year my hubby has had deployment orders twice and both times they`ve been cancelled. If he gets deployed though, with full custody he would need to find someone to watch hids kids while he is over there. If he only has partial custody then his ex wife would probably just keep the kids full time til he gets back. Since his new wife isn`t the biological mother she doesn`t really have any rights over them, whether they`re married or not.
