I love the name Emma. But I agree that if you are having second thoughts then you should look at other name options. Emily is similar and really cute. I think Jenna and Emma are too rhyme-ey for my liking... but some people like that. To each their own. Good luck!!

I would recommend changing. Jenna Marie sounds really hip and a name that she can grow into. Emma Jean sounds a little old fashion (my name is old fashion too - pauline) and sounds like more of a childs name, I have never known an adult Emma. Please forgive me if I`ve went to far in my comments, but I didn`t know if this was the type of comment/honesty you were looking for. All-in-all it just matters if you like the names anyways! Congrats on your pregnancy.

If you are having second thoughts, then I would start looking for another name, you want both your girls to have names you really like. Maybe pick out a couple and when you meet her, then decide. I like Emma, but personally I think it is too common. We have one girl, her name is Lydia Dawn. I am due with my 2nd girl in a couple weeks are we are going with Emily Christina (Christina after her daddy, Chris) I know Emily is very popular too but I`ve always loved that name.
