I`d say it`d depend on if you`re having mostly one yr olds or adults or a mix of ages...

My 2 boys birthdays are nov 20 & nov 22, and we live in Pennsylvania, so i know exactly where you are coming from. I called around today to local resturants that have banquet rooms and local grange halls - to get prices. Other then that I know that some McDonalds do birthday parties, our local Burger King has a very small room for parties, also our local bowling alley and skating rink have birthday parties too (sure not something you`d want to do with a 1 yr old). If you belong to a church, they usually allow you to use their basement/rooms.
