i say let him have the hat and broom!! my son was wearing a witch hat today at the halloween store..he loved it... BTW,my son is gonna be the cheshire cat, whos costume is pink and purple... I dont care about gender stereotypes... its halloween!! have fun!!

Oh that is so cute! what a little pet! My little bro was the youngest child, me and my sis being older than him, so he always wanted to be like us, so he was often a `witch` too, for Halloween; just let him be a witch, who cares about all that gender stuff at his age? Just go with it and get him the hat and cloak and broom and he will have a ball. Let him worry about gender-defined stuff at a later age. Have fun!

Well a witch for a boy is a warlock. The most common costume for a warlock is black pants with a black collared buttoned down shirt. Or have him dress up as Harry Potter and tell him that Harry Potter is a witch. There is an `evil warlock child`s costume` that are sold in stores or try online.Online look up warlock costumes... that would give you some idea of how to dress him.
