Blood clots are common when you are coming off of depo. You may want your doctor to put you on some pills to get your bleeding back on track.

When I was on depo I was way off, I would spot and then two months later have a little period, hot flashes, even 8 months after having the shot. Hard to say

I spot here and there when I am on Depo. So I would not worry about it. At the end when i need a shot again I usually bleed heavily, but sometimes not! Depends , that the only bad thing about Depo, but I alwasy forgot to take pills and I dont want any accidents =)

It could be either because I bled a little after stopping the shot but I also bled a little when I had implantation bleeding... if you are far enough along to implantation bleed then you could take a HPT. :) Good luck.
