2babys-under2 (55.1 days ago) I always wash toys and stuffed animals in with the regular wash and let them air dry. I throw the plastic toys in the dishwasher. Just make sure you don`t put the toy in with a load that will get fuzzies all over it, like towels for instance.
MummyLJ (55.1 days ago) Thanks so much ladies! I was just so afraid to ruin it, because it really is his fave, but I`m throwing it in the machine right now!!!
nutnut (55.1 days ago) ive washed stuffed animals. and dried them too just on gentle and not for long.
xanthe (55.1 days ago) me too... i have washed teddys with no problems. on the regular cycle, not even in a pillowcase, and the dryer makes them nice and fluffy.
Juniper (55.2 days ago) I`ve put loads of stuffed toys in the machine and they`ve always been fine... and I use the regular cycle too.
xela (55.2 days ago) throw it in the washer for sure, it`ll be fine:)
2LoveAndBLoved (55.2 days ago) I`ve washed all kinds of stuffed animals in the wash machine. Most of the time, they come out great. Just put it on the gentle cycle. Then I set it out in the direct sun light to dry. Not sure if the sun helps to kill bugs...but I figure it doesn`t hurt!
TwinklinBrwnEyes (55.2 days ago) Wash that sucker! I wash my girls build a bear and they come perfect as ever.
roomfor1more (55.2 days ago) Febreeze, extra strength! Or you can put the elephant in a pillow case and wash it. That should do it.
summerisis (55.2 days ago) i would either throw it in the washer or i would squirt vinegar on it. vinegar takes away nasty smells and kills germs. it will smell like vinegar for a short while (like not even a day).
pixykat (55.2 days ago) my son has an elephant that says the same thing and ya know what I just throw it in the washer on the softest cycle and its fine just `fluff` it back up with your hands after ( and in mush the stuffing so its not lumpy)
