nutnut (865.7 days ago) 68-72 during the day, at night 65 i cant sleep if im too warm. my bill is 200.00 a month too in the summer i hate being too hot. expecially being pregnant. in the winter we spend about 600.00 for the oil between the time of nov1st to mid march. im trying to keep it down this year by using the space heater more, but not sure how thats going to pan out once the new baby comes. right now ive had the heat on once the other day bc we went on a field trip with school and it was in the 40s all day, we were outdoors and it also rained so we had major chills when we got home. i needed to get us warmed up. today its nice no heat needed.
t555rm (865.8 days ago) In the summer we have no choice but to go with the flow coz we don`t have an AC. But the temp never goes above 82-85F at home so that`s good. In the winter we keep it at 68-72`F. For some reason my home is always cool so in the summer it could be burning outside but u never know it when ur indoors. For the same reason winters are brutal indoors LOL.
kohlsmommy (865.8 days ago) 80 during the summer. 75 during the winter. and our bills are still $200 a month!
Str8 As (865.8 days ago) Our energy bills in the winter are ridiculous! I usually keep it at about 62 (so the pipes don`t freeze) and turn it up when I put the girls in the tub. Otherwise, we are in the playroom for a good part of the day so I use a space heater to stay warm. It is cheaper that way!
