MichelleMc(pink!) (860.8 days ago) We went on a 4-day cruise to the Bahamas. Our first stop was in Nassau (the capital of the Bahamas), where we went on a really neat tour of the town and learned a lot about its history and the life there, then had a tour at a pirate museum. The next stop was in CocoCay, an island owned by Royal Caribbean (the cruise line we cruised with), where we went on a glass-bottom boat ride and did a tiny bit of snorkeling (until I got stung by a jellyfish, lol). Our third stop (and our favorite) was in Key West, where we went on a great walking tour to various restaurants/eateries in the area and got samples at each place we went to. We wanted to go to the Hemingway house while we were there, but we ran out of time. I highly recommend cruising with Royal Caribbean; the ship itself and the service, food, everything, were amazing. :)

honghuzhenni (860.9 days ago) We had to drive home from CA to UT so we stopped at a hotel and bed & breakfast on the way to break up the trip. The B&B was sooo nice, had a jetted tub, amazing breakfast, it was cute and clean. I LOVED it! That`s all we had $ for, but we then came back to our apartment (I`d been living there for a couple months, but we moved his stuff in right before we left for CA, so we didn`t have to worry about that when we got home) and `stayed in.` We didn`t answer calls, check e-mail, etc, just had fun together, went to the park, made special food. It was great!
t555rm (860.9 days ago) We went to Maldives, a group of islands in the Indian Ocean. It was awesome! Mali is the capital and where all the locals live, rest are all a cluster of islands. And each has a resort built with private beaches and pools and spa etc. Our room overlooked into a secluded beach , turquoise blue water with the most beautiful fish I`d ever seen! We snorkeled, swam (hubby did, i cant swim to save my life literally) walked along the shore, took in the moonlight and just basically had the best time. The buffet was spectacular! Had oil massages which was so relaxing. Oh my gosh, I can almost relive it right now LOL. Don`t think all that`s gonna happen anytime in the near future, maybe after our LO(s) are not little anymore and leave their nest.
3girls2008 (860.9 days ago) Our plan was to drive to California from Oregon going along the coastline and all the way to LA to see his family but we got stuck in Carmel Cali! (ok we didnt get stuck we just couldnt leave lol) We stayed at the Highlands Resort and the cheapest room was $200 a night but we told his parents who had honeymooned there we would stay 1 night to say we honeymooned where they did, well the hotel manager found out we were on our honeymoon and upgraded us to a $700 a night king suite! We asked how many nights we could have it for and they said as long as we like!! Carmel is gorgeous and a really neat place to people watch!!

mimi2b2aboy (861 days ago) well seeing as though i was 6 months pregnant on our honeymoon. : ) we went to wendover, its a way samller and trashier version of vegas on the border of nevada and utah. my husband had never been to a casino before so we went there. plus it`s only 3 hours away. we gambled he drank. : ) and now we go there for every anniversary, kind of made it a tradition since it was so not a typical honeymoon.
